Player Development

Every player in our program will have a role to play. We don’t believe in just having “bodies”. Every player will have a purpose to serve.  Each player will be coached with equal passion, and we will work rigorously to meet each player where they are at in their development to help them achieve their goals and experience success in high school football. Our players will become students of the game to learn the purpose and goal of what we are attempting to do in each element of our program, both on and off the field.  On the field we will develop players who understand the game and know how to play safely with intensity. Off the field, we will develop individuals of high character with the ability to overcome different obstacles in their lives.
