Administration

I believe that working with administration as needed is always the best case.  The success of any program will always be a reflection of the administration.  There are very few stories of programs succeeding long term if they try to operate independently outside of what administration is requesting.  I strive to have open communication and an open door policy if there are ever any concerns or suggestions from an Athletic Director or Principal.  Administration will always be welcome at any team practice or game.  This allows students to witness first hand the investment and support of the program.
