Route Circuit
As part of our offense, we utilize some of the core routes in multiple ways. This includes both quick game concepts as well as specific routes called or tagged.
As shown, there are 4 stations, each color coordinated. The stations are as follows:
3 step slant with Outside WR alignment and QB on opposite hash
4 step out from Inside WR alignment and QB on opposite hash
Outside release fade from Outside WR alignment and QB on near hash
5 step hitch from Outside WR alignment and QB on near hash
In the circuit below, we find ways to incorporate these base routes. It allows for the following
QB's to work on different throws from different spots on the field to different WR's.
WR's to work on releases, footwork, and route breaks.
Easily flip to other side of the field our inter change routes as needed, such as switching hitches and slants
In our offense, we need to allow for QB's to find rhythm while also adjusting to different routes from different guys, knowing it won't be a perfect rep every time in the game. See some examples of these routes in the clips below.
